My credit card payment hasn’t worked, what can I do?
If you are experiencing trouble with your credit card payment, please ensure that:
You have sufficient credit limit on your credit/debit card to fulfil the transaction;
You have used the correct address details which your credit/debit card is registered to;
You have completed the screen with the correct numbers etc from the credit/debit card.
If all the above criteria have been met then you will need to contact your bank or card provider - the reason payment has failed will almost certainly be because the transaction has not been authorised for security reasons if the transaction amount was larger than usual for that card or if you do not usually make large payments via the internet. It will not be because of any problems with our website!
